Katherine is an experienced career coach who for years has taught numerous clients ways to use LinkedIn to showcase their profile, expertise, and achievements while increasing their connections and strengthening their online professional brand.

Enjoy an interactive cooking class from the comfort of your own kitchen with your fellow WHCMers! Taught by an experienced chef, you’ll whisk yourself away to the Mediterranean, virtually of course! The fresh flavors of this quinoa salad will make you feel like you’re sitting seaside.

You’ll chop, learn how to make quinoa, pan sear a protein, and make your own salad dressing. This is a super fun, super delicious, healthy, and clean eating cooking experience. You will see and interact with the other participants as well as the Chef.

Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming. This discussion about healthcare advocacy will teach you how to take charge of your own healthcare or that of a loved one. Learn how to make more informed decisions, whether facing a recent diagnosis and or hoping to gain a better understanding of the information available through patient portals.

It is synonymous with having an equitable workplace, personal and team success, and dynamic leadership. An inclusive mindset consists of five characteristics when combined lead to new possibilities, greater creativity, innovative solutions, and increased performance.

Join Women in Healthcare Management as we hear about some of the key issues in health care (both state and federal) for the coming year. Topics to be covered include COVID-19, telehealth, childcare, behavioral health, etc.

Alexandria Icenhower, Federal Relations Manager, Massachusetts Medical Society, will discuss issues from a federal standpoint, and State Senator Cindy Friedman, Fourth Middlesex District, Senate Chair, Joint Committee on Health Care Financing, will bring a state-level perspective to the discussion.
