WHCM is known as an organization that helps health care professionals in the greater Boston area network and keep current on industry developments.  This meeting oriented members as to how many WHCM members participate in “Small Groups” and how they have been established in different ways to meet the unique needs of its members.

Hosted on the roof top ballroom at the Holiday Inn, 5 Blossom Street, Boston. WHCM featured Alice M. Sapienza, DBA: "Women Leading Today's Health Care Organizations." We enjoyed cocktails and networking followed by a presentation and discussion of the importance of understanding and adjusting your "leadership style" in today's rapidly changing health care environment.

Wyatt, MS, President and CEO of Health Care Negotiation Associates presented the topic and offered some strategies for professional and personal negotiation for conflict resolution. Ms. Wyatt is among the national leaders in the development of the negotiation and conflict resolution field. She is a member of the original faculty of the Harvard School of Public Health Program for Health Care Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
